bathroom smell better ventilation
The breakfast offered many choices. It met my expectations.
the bathroom was smelly, I didn't like that AT all. it needs better ventilation or more frequent cleaning. I wish they had addressed this issue .

convenient location great restaurant laundry amenity
the location is very convenient with quick access to a main station. i found bakeries, great restaurants, and several coffee shops within a short walk. it was a perfect home base for my days exploring. the room was sizable, providing great amenities such as laundry.
the bathroom was a little smelly. i noticed this. it was slight. but definitely present.

Customer service was excellent. The staff used translation devices effectively. one male employee checked me in, and he spoke english well. the staff promptly addressed a laundry machine trouble.
